NETWORK
– Expand customer network and sell company products.
– Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential
– Develop key relationships with customers.
– Build a solid direct sales pipeline and develop opportunities.
– Build and keep relationship with information provider: ministry of investment, IP management, consultant, sales group.
– Participate/ organize marketing events: exhibition, chamber meeting.
– Develop sales contacts in defined vertical markets.
PROJECT FOLLOW UP
– Prepare/ Review and send quotation (Proposal & Proposal Drawings) to customers.
– Negotiate with customers about all conditions and price of the projects & follow up with customers to get the projects.
– Follow up the signed contracts and make sure customer send down payment after contract signing as per the company policy.
– Work closely with accounting team and installation team to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.

– Work hours: 08h00-17:00 from Monday to Friday. Saturday 08:00-12:00 if necessary.
– Bachelor of Engineering
– At least 3 years of experience of sales in engineering industries.
– Having knowledge of flooring market: ICCC – Investor, Consultant, Contractor, Competitor
– Fluency in English.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Good MS Office skills
– Good presentation skills
– AutoCAD skills is preferred
