Job Description
- Develop seasonally recruitment plan or according to requirements;
- Propose training plans, implement training plans when needed;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Resolve legal issues in recruitment;
- Drafting documents and correspondence: confirmation letter, rejection letter, offer letter … in accordance with the order and regulations of the Company;
- Disseminate internal rules and regulations of the company to new employees;
- Support drills, training, training courses on safety and professionalism for all crew members on board;
- Answer questions from employees related to salary, bonus, processes and regulations of companies;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- Handling disputes arising in labor relations;

- Speak English fluently. Proficiency in Cambodian language would be an advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong team building abilities;
- Office PC knowledge: Word, Excel…;
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation;
- Fluent in interpreting and implementing companies and work rules;
- Effective planner and organizer
- Degree in Human Resources or related field;
