Human Resources Specialist (Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự)

Job Description

  • Develop seasonally recruitment plan or according to requirements; 
  • Propose training plans, implement training plans when needed; 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process; 
  • Resolve legal issues in recruitment; 
  • Drafting documents and correspondence: confirmation letter, rejection letter, offer letter … in accordance with the order and regulations of the Company; 
  • Disseminate internal rules and regulations of the company to new employees; 
  • Support drills, training, training courses on safety and professionalism for all crew members on board; 
  • Answer questions from employees related to salary, bonus, processes and regulations of companies; 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management; 
  • Handling disputes arising in labor relations;

  • Speak English fluently. Proficiency in Cambodian language would be an advantage; 
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Strong team building abilities; 
  • Office PC knowledge: Word, Excel…; 
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting; 
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation; 
  • Fluent in interpreting and implementing companies and work rules; 
  • Effective planner and organizer 
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field;
