· Update & follow up personal profile of employee after recruitment.
· Review new employee performance after their probation & after expiry labour contract.
· Ensure all procedures and documentation regarding to terminations are being completed.
· In charge of opening bank account for new employees.
· Be responsible for Training program, Learning & Development strategy.
· Carry out insurance 24/24 documentation.
· Monthly / Quarterly report to Industrial authority
· Follow up annual leave, time keeping, PIT.
· Other tasks related to administrative functions.
· Offer the 13th salary per month
