Client Solution Associate

Job Description

  • Find suitable ways to contact potential partners; discover their needs and explore opportunities to provide customized solutions.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with new and existing customers
  • Close business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Update employer branding knowledge by keep building professional network, joining relevant events and training as well as focusing on researching/reading relevant material.
  • Regularly review all the projects in scope & make the reports in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks for supporting the team as assigned

  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales, consulting. Experiences in HR-related services would be a plus.
  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivation, high flexibility and strong adaptability
  • Good time-management skill and objective-orientation
