Event Planning and Execution:
● Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events for THE BRIX, CLAY, TINTO, YUNKA, and upcoming venues, including key dates events (Christmas, NYE, Halloween etc), promotional campaigns, and special occasions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event organization for each venue.
Brand Representation:
● Uphold and enhance the brand image of each restaurant and bar lounge during events to create a lasting impression on attendees.
● Work closely with the marketing team to integrate venue-specific brand messaging and promotions into event activities.
Vendor and Sponsor Management:
● Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors for each venue to optimize event outcomes.
● Ensure all partnerships align with the unique identity of each restaurant and bar lounge.
Budget Management:
● Develop and adhere to event budgets for THE BRIX, CLAY, TINTO, YUNKA, and upcoming venues, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
● Provide regular financial updates to the marketing team.
Promotional Materials:
● Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials, signage, and collateral specific to each restaurant and bar lounge.
Post-Event Analysis:
● Conduct post-event evaluations for events at THE BRIX, CLAY, TINTO, YUNKA, and upcoming venues to assess success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
● Prepare comprehensive reports outlining key metrics and insights for each venue
● Offer official contract after 2 months working
● Be entitled to a 13th month salary;
● Be entitled to 12 days of paid annual leave;
● Have 1 duty meal per working shift;
● Be provided uniform;
● Service Charge.
● Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Familiarity with hospitality industry trends is a plus.
