Mô tả công việc

- To ensure that the internal organization of the company at all the times maintain the capability to meet the requirement of OEM customers (influence customers to use higher end products, value engineered products).
- To maintain liaison with key personnel at all levels of customer organization and monitor customers in terms of their business plan, purchase policy, change in customer expectation.
- To suitably advise his reporting officer regarding the key accounts so that strategy (long term and short term) to achieve the business plan can be formulated and implemented
- To ensure that the business in the key accounts are consistent, profitable, sustainable and growing by spotting opportunities to increase market share, offering value added / higher end products, providing timely and value added service, neutralizing adverse effect of mistakes (if any), countering competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the R&D, project, engineering team to deal with the customer’s requirement.
- To continuously find avenues to differentiate company products and service from that of the competition
- To ensure the over dues are within the norms
- Constantly keep abreast of competitors activities, ensure that JIT system of OEM is complied.
- To be aware of activities at customer end, continuously work towards improving the vendor rating.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 5+ years’ experience in Key Account Management, QA and/or Sales in the automotive industry, especially 2 wheels field.
- Degree in Engineering of Automotive or Mechanical.
- Ability to interact successfully to make sure the customer’s satisfaction.
- Fluency in English, oral and written.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
- Notable business orientation, hands-on attitude, and personal commitment to set and achieve targets
