Mô tả công việc

Identifying key accounts for sale of farming solutions; supporting existing customers in enhancing productivity through mechanisation packages; supporting team leader in managing inventory, order placement, and sales related reports
Information Management
- Map potential of key customers of farm machinery such as plantations, mills, dairy farms, and farmer associations - Providing effective commercial and technical support (by liaising with technical team) to prospective and customers
- Track competition moves in key accounts and take initiatives to counter them Sales
- Contact/ identify customers and prospects to arrange appointments and / or update them on the status of an order or a delivery
- Provide Key account lead with details of customers’ orders and requests for quotations, and make them aware of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
- Liaise with Key Account Lead, After-Sales team to conduct demonstrations of equipment at customer or company premises
- Following up orders, working with OEMs/ shipping agents/ brokers for shipment time, customs clearance, delivery time, etc
- Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular products/ services
- Deal with any customer complaints and resolve the issue as necessary
- Necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting Key account Lead with necessary documents
- Other tasks assigned by Leaders and Managers Relationship Management
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior authorities of key accounts; once a relationship is established, focus on developing clients and generating new business
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in solution-sales is desired: customisation, maintenance contracts, services
- Prior understanding of the farm machinery business is desirable; Understanding of cropping pattern and seasons is an added advantage
- Result and deadline-oriented; persistent with a keen ability to follow-up on pipeline orders
- Good customer care skills, accuracy & attention to details, good administrative skills, sales reporting, interpersonal skills
- Being self-driven to explore an issue & proactive in finding all possible solutions to each issues

- Excellent spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Analytical thinking & multitasking skills
- Ability to travel within Vietnam, and internationally as required
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview)
- Graduate / Bachelors degree in any stream with English as the formal language
- At least 2 years working experience in reporting, sales support preferably in food
