1. Work responsibilities
In charge of operating and managing all activities of Human Resources Department
- Plan and develop business strategies in accordance with the overall strategic plan and objectives of the Company.
- Organize the implementation of business plans, management of business team to achieve business targets assigned by month / quarter / year.
- Market research to maximize & optimize business opportunities.
- Manage the customer portfolio, build and develop the customer, set up the customer system strategy, potential customers and customer care.
- Forecasts of monthly and quarterly sales and forecasts of potential customers as well as market penetration into competitors.
- To propose and organize the promotion and branding of the company to customers.
- Join trade events to support business.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting Department in monitoring the progress of payment and recovery of debts.
Responsible for building, training, developing and guiding sales staff. Carry out short courses on product and sales skills for employees.
- Take material responsibility before the company (goods under management, customer debt, advances, assets, tools and equipment assigned) within the scope of work assigned.
- Report on business results weekly, monthly and quarterly with the Deputy General Director in charge of business / General Director
- Participate in the development and compliance with the company policies, rules, regulations and regulations;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director
- Have the right to sign and promulgate the internal regulations of the department to organize, manage and operate the Sales Department but not against the rules and regulations of the company.
