Mô tả công việc
- Update master data into system (SAP)
- Make application to open new account by obtaining info and fulfilling all necessary information into form, then submitting to Finance Department for approval.
- Make contract, delivery order, contract liquidation. Ensure accuracy of all information input by carefully checking sales confirmation, sales contract, stock release instruction from Senior and weighbridge.
- Liaison with customer (phone/ email) regarding delivery schedule and update to Port/Logistics team/ Trading team weekly. Make revised sheet when needed.
- Make application with full set of necessary docs to submit to Accounting Department to ask for invoice issuance
- Keep track of all inventories daily.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment proceeded/ done as per contract term.
- Update payment status to Payment Tracking Sheet timely.
- Follow up with Sales contracts/ Payment (L/C At Sight; D/P At Sight; T/T…) for CNF Contract.
- Follow up with vessel nomination/ vessel movement/ lay time calculation for bulk vessel.
- Prepare shipping documents for bulk export vessel. Liaison with Logistics team to ensure import and export procedure done smoothly.
- Do other administrative tasks such as bookings at restaurants, accommodation, transportation (air tickets, car…) arrangement for business trip of Trading team’s member.
- Follow up with documents/ sample sending via post couriers and update to Record of Documents/Sample Tracking Sheet timely.
- Daily update information to Stock Sheet, Admin-Operation Sheet, Payment Tracker sheet.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or above; Major in Administrative Management, Economic, Financial, Banking,...
- High fluency in English (speaking and writing), Toeic required: 500
- Good computer literacy, (Ms Office)
- Have experience in using SAP system or ERP system in advance
- 02 - 03 years experience in related position, worked in foreign company in advance
