- To responsible sales achievement in trade channel.
- To develop trade strategy with well execute all trade programs in trade channels.
- To work with commercial team, distributor, third party and retails to well manage in trade executions as agreed in plan. .
- To enlist products and build growth in new channels such as Modern trade and e-commerce channels.
- Develop relationship with main customers in Modern trade, e-commerce and main customers in trade channel.
- Work closely with marketing team, ETH sales team and Retail Sales team to align on marketing and trade plan in channels plan (hospitals, clinics, drug stores, modern trade, and general trade).
- Responsible for merchandising, price tag, stock control, premium promotion Plan trade and spending to achieve business goals.
- Coach and develop third party team to do trade activation programs, campaign in trade channels, in-stores activities in mainly hospitals, clinics, drug stores, modern trade, general trade and events in target areas.
* Working conditions :
- Have an own car (company provide car allowance and gasoline benefits)
- Working in office and out-side office in daily business required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business or related field.
- Working experience: Experience as trade marketing, trade activation, sales and marketing in dairy, milk powder, nutrition business are highly advantages.
* Specific skill / knowledge :
- Good interpersonal with communication and negotiation skills.
- Fair command in written and spoken English.
* Trait / Characteristics:
- Positive attitude “CAN DO”.
- Good personality with energetic and be able to work independently and team work.
