Mô tả công việc

Key objective and overview:
To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers & shoppers expectations.
Requirement:
This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to convert findings delivered thru analysis into action plan and
Strong time management skills while working under tight timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Launch and relaunch Support
- Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches and relaunches.
- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets.
- Assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches or relaunches.
2. Yearly Promotions Planning / Management
- Ability to manage broadly the 4Ps: Product – Promotion – Place – Price
- Develop yearly promotional plan on brand level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers insights.
- Develop trade plan for active customers or penetrate new customers, build and develop loyalty and partnership program.
- Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions.
- Present to Trade Director, Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Manager proposed quarterly and monthly promotional plan for approval.
- Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges.
- Produce & ship promotional packaging to all branches within agreed timelines.
- Manage Trade Marketing budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price.
3. Promotions Evaluation
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, Active OL, package volume, IMS figures…
- Work closely with Finance to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Previous experience preferred
A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change Desire/ability
