Mô tả công việc

* Hiring: (10%)
- Participate in recruitment and selection process including posting Job ads, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting best fit candidate.
- To prepare employment offer, labor contract, termination letter, decision and other documentation
* C&B: (70%)
- To prepare and collect payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records, new employees list, employees personal information and other data as requested aiming for payroll purpose.
- Either support or self-perform the payroll calculation for the whole local staffs and foreigners (up to 200 staffs), such as the calculation of salary, allowance, insurance, overtime, all kinds of leave, PIT, deduction, etc.
- Responsible for quarterly PIT calculation and declaration as well as yearly PIT finalization for local staffs and foreigners.
- Handle all the work relating SHUI, including but not limited to monthly declaration with SID for the new/resigned staffs; request for staffs allowance such as sick leave or maternity leave; reconcile the contribution; request for issuing medical card/insurance book and finalizing insurance book; and other tasks as required by HR Manager or by SID from time to time.
- To manage the premium Medical Insurance and facilitate in reimbursement claim for staffs.
* Others (20%)
- To set up SOP, policy and procedure where it is required
- To prepare the HR budget and planning as requested
- Responsible for implementing and managing the staffs annual performance appraisal
- To implement and manage all HR system.
- To handle all issues relating labor relation such as disciplines, dispute or any issues relating the Trade Union and represent the Company to solve these relating issues
- Develop and implement HR strategic planning and training
- To check staffs reimbursement claim
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager

- Over 1 year experience in FDI Company
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Have In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
