COMMUNICATING
You will be the driving force for growing our team and culture through championing our company to networks and candidates. By understanding and loving what we do, you will transmit that enthusiasm to candidates. You own how we represent ourselves as employers as well as hold us accountable for that. This will include working with the team to create robust Job Descriptions that will effectively connect candidates to the right position as well as work with the marketing team to ensure a good social media presence that best demonstrates our culture and values.
INDEPENDENT PROBLEM SOLVING
We only hire people that we can trust. This means that you will be given ownership and freedom to use your expertise and creativity to solve problems, meet targets and overcome challenges. You will be taking the lead to leverage multiple recruiting channels as well as implement advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates. You will also exercise creativity to source passive candidates through referrals, attending events, networking, social media searches, joining communities, etc.
ORGANISING
As a start-up, we understand that things can happen ad-hoc to get things done fast. However by principle, we are never satisfied with this and always looking at continuous improvement, lessons learned and implementing ways to work more effectively. You will also follow this principle when managing the end to end recruitment process from maintaining a pool of candidates, applicant tracking, to a smooth on-boarding to ensure successful integration into the team. You are always seeking best practices and are unafraid to trial and error to create a solid recruitment process.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment of which at least 1+ in a Tech company, ideally a start-up
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You can communicate easily and effectively both verbally and in writing(Vietnamese & English)
- Great negotiation skills with a win-win attitude for nurturing long term connections with candidates
- Loads of enthusiasm with a positive “can-do” attitude
- High level of empathy for understanding and connecting candidates to hiring managers
- Critical thinking
- University Education
- Love beer, food is a plus
