Mô tả công việc

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: work closely with Sales and Accounting to input, adjust, verify and keeps records and documentation on incoming and outgoing shipments of Agency business, Principles business and others as advised or designated from the company from time to time.
Primary Job Functions:
1. Agency biz, Principle biz:
- Receive docs/ email from Sale for domestic purchase/sales, Export (sales) and import (purchase)
- Check docs
- Input data (Accounting shall base on that to issue red invoice)
- Check all input data before send to Sale for confirmation end of month
- After getting sale confirmation, print out debit notes and send to Dept manager for signature
- Adjust data if any
2. Others:
- Base on information as well as contract from Sale, prepare document for open L/C
- Follow up L/C together with accounting dept
- Support other offices (HNI, DN) for customs declaration or related things..
- Other work tasks assigned by managers

Requirements of knowledge and skills
- Male/ Female (22~30)
- Hard-working, diligent & high sense of responsibility in working
- Willing to learn
- Good at Microsoft office skills
- Good command of English (both in oral & written communication)
- Good communication; self-conscious & able to check documents by herself.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- University degree, graduated in relevant Economics field (Im-export, Foreign Trade, Logistics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
