This role is an advisor of service and maintenance.
• Do the maintenance, commission, troubleshooting, repairing, warranty and support Service Sale and Service Fulfillment for any technical requires adapting service business strategy.
• Meet Service KPI requires of technical quality service to support renewal service contract, get service contract for chiller under and expired warranty.
• Provide training, coaching to technicians.

• Manage all engineering aspect, customer claims of the whole Service Division activities, related to HVAC equipment in order to grow service business in the South year after year.
• Manage service fulfillment effectively to satisfy and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full integrity and compliance; Ensure and increase the safety awareness of service technicians and get them to fulfill all safety requirements.
• Provide training for all technicians for productivity and service quality of T&C, Service agreement and service demand.
• Provide technical support for sales team.
• Coach Service technicians and have strategy to renew service agreement (SA) current customers, renew linkage chillers timely and develop service agreement for potential customers.
• Deliver fast response to customers on technical matters for customer satisfaction
• Manage and supervise the implementation, installation, fitting-out, testing and commissioning, maintenance and services for HVAC equipment;
• Maintain and develop good relationship between company and customers, contractors, owners...
• Set-up work schedule, perform, supervise contracting works at sites;
• Be responsible timely for Causes and Solutions report as customer’s requirement.
• Diagnose causes of problems for the purpose of system preparation, replacement needs or recommending preventive maintenance and given out final solution in accuracy.
• Deploy service process chain to deliver solutions to customers shortly to get revenue timely.
• Coach and manage Service technician to execute the service agreement properly including best advisors and consult the service recommendation to customers after done Service agreement to generate more service demand and service options which will support and grow service business adapting to KPI setting for order and revenue target
• Proactively build the technician pipeline externally and strategically manage your technician workforce to prevent resource gaps.
• Report all necessary information come out feasible solutions to Service Leader
• Visit customers on a regular basis to build relationships and provide solutions to maintain the service agreement with EBI customers
• Perform others works required by Service Leader.
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
• Candidates must have HVAC/Thermal & Refrigeration background
• From 3 to 5 year experience
• University/College degree is required.
• Good at English in all skills
• Solving problem good communication skills are required
• Safety knowledge
• Working overtime and travelling are required.
• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Good customer service attitude
