Job description:
• Understand Business Units’ personnel requirements and plan & organize recruitment activities for
diverse positions;
• Control workforce resources & budgeting;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable
recruiting tool/method selection to filter ideal candidates within the job requirement;
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated;
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2-4 commercial years of experience in recruitment - candidates from headhunting firms are
• Hold degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields;
• Strong experience in recruiting business management/analytic positions;
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese plus strong interpersonal
• Be able to work in a start-up environment with initiatives to find problems and solve them.
