Mô tả công việc
1. Execute talent acquisition plan: conduct initial meeting with hiring manager to explore requirement and get alignment on next steps; post job; screen applications and recommend potential resumes, coordinate for interview and selection, conduct recruitment test, reference/health/terrorism check; prepare for new hire onboarding.
2. Assist for employer branding activities.
1. Provide the support to organize in-house training programs and employee communication sessions based on established schedule and requirements.
2. Ensure that all logistics and venue arrangement, training materials and participant amenities meet with the required standards. This includes set-up of training rooms and provide all necessary arrangement (training tools/logistic) for the training and its processes as required.
Compensation & Benefits and Reporting:
1. Track employees’ attendance, leave, OT etc.
2. Handle probation, contract renewal, separation for assigned accounts.
3. Monitor the implementation of benefit programs: Phone, Toxic.
4. Assist to update HR master data, candidate database, training history and Personal Files.
5. Manage PO/PR and payments.
6. Others as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or relevant majors.
- At least three-years experiences in Talent acquisition. Experience in similar industries is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work with figures and organize data. Ability to plan and follow through.
- Interview and selection skills.
- Good command in English and computer skills (MS. Office).
