Mô tả công việc
Prepare valuation and feasibility study reports for the Client.
Taking other direct instructions from Head of department.
Maintain the client network and seeking new clients for Department.
Analyze legal issues pertaining to the property market and Savills report.
Liaise with clients to reply to all queries relating to the properties valued or obtain all necessary documentation to undertake valuation.
Produce presentations and prepare office newsletters and press releases when required
Contribute to the management and administration of the Division through the collective development of information and valuation services policies, programs and procedures.
Provide independent professional advice to the company’s clients on real estate matters including asset management, sales, leasing and marketing.
Perform in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required
Monitoring and auctioning valuation management platforms in conjunction with admin support
Building and maintaining client relationships in the mortgage business line
Providing timely responses to client quote requests
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with the Director
Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

Yêu cầu công việc
+ Education: Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics.
+ Communication skills: Fluent both spoken and written in English.
- Good technical skills (particularly Microsoft Excel and Word);
- At least 2-3 years experiences in related position.
+ Key characteristics:
Good decision making skills;
Strong writing skills and an analytical mind, specifically an ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly in valuation and professional reports;
A high degree of mathematical skills and accuracy in calculations;
