Mô tả công việc

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Establish, cultivate relationships with clients, respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Work with multiple internal departments to create efficient working processes and help improve the quality of products.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports clients, projects and processes status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal communication skill, be able to share stories and sale ideas.
- Fluent in speaking, good at writing (for both Vietnamese and English).
- Well-organized and particularistic when working in details.
- Able to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detail oriented.
- Proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs.
- Quick understanding, quick learner, long-term commitment.
CAREER GOALS:
- Become a Client Service/ Account Manager and Strategic Planner for the company.
- Develop strong judgment and decision-making, strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer candidates with interpersonal communication skill, good at logic and EQ.
- Prefer candidates with experience working in production-house companies before.
- Job candidates who have sales or customer service or operation experience also have a huge advantage.
