Mô tả công việc

- Propose business plan bases on: market, segment, timeline
- Guide the development for sales department, obtain target of company
- Establish and maintain relationships with customer
- Control activity of department to ensure efficiently
- Build and improve system, structure of department
- Assign activity and duties for individuals in department
- Build process related to function of department
- Ability to approach and persuade the client, gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirement
- Plan and organize to ensure the achievement of annual target.
- Prudent and honest evaluation and recommendation of customer’s credibility
- Propose plan to achieve set targets
- Assignment duties to related employees
- Provide resource to employees
- Plan to coach, train employees
- Encourage, support employees in departments to meet target
- Follow up and control employees performance base on reports
- Build up strong and committed staff
- Update documents related to activities of departments to all employees
- With sales team, work directly with potential customer to win deals, requires services to bring back revenue and profit in long term for company
- Provide service, competitive price for sales team and partners to win deals
- Provide database and sales lead for sales team
- Report revenue, volume to Director
- Collect report weekly, monthly

* Qualification
- Bachelor in business administration, import-export, marketing from foreign trade university, transportation university or commercial university
* Ability
- English; Good speaking and writing skill, able to directly negotiate

* Experience
- At least 02 years working in logistics, import, export
- Knowledgeable of logistic, import export, air cargo shipping market
