Diethelm Travel Vietnam is looking to strengthen its Sales Executives team with a young motivated person. Prior experience in Inbound travel is a plus but not mandatory if you have the required skills.
• Present, promote and sell Diethelm Travel services to existing and prospective customers
• Communicate with B2B overseas clients via emails or phone
• Produce bespoke tour programs according to clients’ requests and needs following procedures
• Compiling packages and quotations as per travellers expectations
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Monitoring clients’ arrivals and itinerary to ensure best services delivering
• Handle reservations with local suppliers and hotels.
• Ensure confirmations are made in a timely manner
• Handle invoicing and follow-up with the accounting department on the payment
• Supply management with feedbacks on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven work experience as a sales executive in the tourism industry
• Deep knowledge of the country and its tourism assets
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a positive attitude
• Be a team player, help your co-workers and share your knowledge
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
