Mô tả công việc

• Be responsible for activities of marketing, and trading to develop and promote business with local customers (Food & Beverage).
• Acquires a thorough working knowledge of all products and applications as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.
• Build up the monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term F&B business goals (3 to 5 years) covering wholesale division.
• To implement the market survey, competitors information and fully report to managers and suppliers.
• To make plan the itinerary of visiting customers and report to managers weekly.
• Participate actively and effectively in meetings, reception of suppliers, customers (domestic and international)
• In collaboration with the Direction and Company Team, prospect and develop new business partners and promptly execute their orders attending their needs.
• Wherever needed, collaborate with the Direction on application development and key accounts teams to executive special sector strategies.
• Being a contributing part of the Sales and Technical Team (current headcount of 3, expected to increase in future) and ensure high level of commitment and competence through proper communication, goal setting and continuous training.
• Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise and local intelligence.
• Build strong partnership with support functions such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance etc. to ensure that the customer needs are met and proper process is followed.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education/Experience:
• A degree from a certified University preferably in economics or business.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in B2B environment – candidates with F&B experience will have an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in direct value selling role with increasing levels of responsibility.
Capabilities and Strengths:
• Good command over English language, both spoken and written.
• A positive attitude towards new challenges, must be willing to stretch and strive
• Strong commercial acumen and passion for achieving goals
• Able to lead a small team to achieve results.
• Able to grasp the technical aspects of F&B integrated offerings
• High sense of drive and urgency
• Experienced in planning and executing projects; proven problem solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in managing time with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment
