Mô tả công việc
• Setting up new channel partners
• Drive the attainment of company sales goals and profitability with distributor sales partners.
• Creating a trade marketing strategy
• Executing the trade marketing plan across the region.
• Driving brand awareness
• Attending and presenting at workshops and events on behalf of the business.
• Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
• Reporting on data and industry trends relating to trade categories.
• Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges.
• Experience in driving the brand through consultants’ distributor, partners training and events.
• Proven success in similar capacity
TEAM: Sales and Marketing
*LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City
*HOURS OF WORK: Full time (Monday to Friday)
Initially for one year, includes of 2 months’ probation, with the possibility for extension later.

*Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, sciences or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
- Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category.
- More than 3 years of sales, marketing or business management experience in Medical food, supplement and Medical equipment.
* Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven business analysis and judgment and the ability to proactively manage business revenue to meet objectives.
- Relationship management, strategy development, problem solving and change management skills.
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Business related computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good command of spoken and written English
