Mô tả công việc

• Be responsible for daily operations of sales activities, from sample development, costing, material purchases, to production update and shipment.
• Work closely with customers on front line, catering their requests, enhancing communication, and translating their needs into sampling and production accurately.
• Attend to customers’ factory visits, fitting and ad hoc meetings.
• Ensure smooth internal communication; Work closely with other relevant departments to make sure of accurate execution of business, controlling capacity, smooth production schedule and on-time deliveries, etc.
• Analyze and assess the efficiency of methods, sales revenue, costs and results
• Follow up closely big and significant developing customer accounts

Yêu cầu công việc

- Min. 2 years working experience, preferably in a relevant industries but not a pre-requisite.
- Professional Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Science/Electronics/Engineering/Marketing/Business
Administration
 Be a team player and able to associate well with colleague/peers from different countries
especially in SEA and Korea. Good learning attitude and self motivated to attain target/goal set
by company.
 He/she must able communicate fluently in Korean language, besides English and Vietnamese.
 Potential remote leadership approach from Sales Manager in view of the SEA region. Constant
and prompt communication and feedback on the customer issues in order to overcome this
issue. Being able to self motivate and manage own resources is a must.
 As most of the working projects involving customers at various departments and locations, in depth know how not only on OLED products but familiarization of customer’s requirements is also
required. Besides, been able to work actively as team players which involve colleagues at different countries
