Mô tả công việc

The job holder will maintain and develop a portfolio of customers within a specified region.
• Sell JF Hillebrand sales and services
• Maintain and develop customer relationships
• Maintain & increase volumes and revenues
• Provide support requested by the network
• Act as the communication interface between the network and the area
• Follow up on payments
• Plan sales visits and organize appointments based on previous sales reports and statistics to identify remaining volumes or targets.
• Issue sales reports & quote requests and ensure appropriate follow up on all replies from the network with adequate quotes to tackle the business.
• Analyze statistics on a regular basis to check activity within the area and country as well as the customer base.
• Provide recommendations to the network as appropriate.
• Handle any sales or operational issues requested by the network.
• Issue quarterly market report with compiled statistics.
• Trade lane action plans
• Incorporate new sales tools as provided by the Global Sales & Marketing

• Internal: Global Marketing Team, Overseas Office Contacts
• External: Customers, Agents and Shipping Lines

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping
• Good knowledge of international trade and operational procedures
• Familiar with wine & spirits and / or beverage industry would be a plus
• Strong sales/trading background
Previous Experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial field or international transportation.
Special Competencies:
- Languages
• Fluent English plus fluent in one other language.
- Computer skills
• Excel / Word
• Powerpoint
- Work for a global group with a focus on local customers.
- REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager (Expat)
