Mô tả công việc

SKF Vietnam is looking for Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to develop more our strong workforce in Vietnam. If you are interested in working with SKF Vietnam, pls check the below information/ requirements:
* Main purpose of the role
To develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer’s need.
Pre-sales activities include analyzing customer’s technical needs, preparing calculations and recommending solutions.
* Responsibilities:
- Selling goods & services, using technical knowledge & establishing strong business partnerships with customers
- Developing SKF market share in Vietnam in terms of Product Sales & Technical Service.
- Draw up proposals, explaining benefits, cost estimates etc.
- Draw up sales/service contract
- Weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ annually working plan
- Corporate with other departments to get the task of the team is done

Yêu cầu công việc

* Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / in Foreign Trade/Economy
• Career Level: from 1 year experience
• Male from 25 to 35 years old and Female from 25 to 30 years old
• High moral integrity, code of conduct
• Good understanding of marketing strategy & sales process.
• Good speaking and writing communication in English and computer skills.
• Confident in negotiating with clients
• Local Vietnamese with good communication skill and team work ability
• Willing to travel within Vietnam and abroad
• Ability to demonstrate and explain product/service to customers
• Key account/ Segment support, particularly drives clients (pumps, Motors, Fans)
• Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (Cement, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power…)
*** If you are qualified the below, you will be considered for VSM Manager Position :
• Targeted knowledge & approach on growing VSM/ 2-Wheeler segment & Supporting key drives clients
• Support SKF Distributors & VSM/ 2-Wheeler Distributors to grow the market
