Mô tả công việc

Sales & Marketing
- Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers and sectors
- Extend/Develop strong distribution network for assigned sectors and customers
- Establish excellent relationship with customers and provide them with high quality technical/sales support
- Ensure to achieve Sales Targets for assigned sectors, customers and distributors
- Monitor customer technical status by frequently site visits in order to seek and secure sales opportunities
- Ensure high quality Sales Forces data base. Maximize the opportunity to create more sales
- Report timely of market and competitors information to Marketing specialist and management
- Take lead to organize technical seminar for assigned sectors and customers
- Expand market share with new customers and partners
- Debt collection: Ensure the overdue is within budget level
- Promote TCO concept and after-sales service to customers
Technical
- Self-develop technical competency
- Provide engineering support to distributors and all MRO end-users
- Advise end-users on bearing application
- Conduct product presentations and practical trainings/seminars
- Investigate bearing demands in specific industries
Liaise with South East Asia regional office regarding related technical issues

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree (Mechanical Engineer is an advantage)
- 4 years experience of selling industrial machinery.
- Experience in mechanical engineering or production area
- Good planning/following up skill
- Customer and result orientation
- Hard working, optimistic outlook. Good in communication, presentation and negotiation skill, be able to work independently.
- Good in English
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
