Mô tả công việc

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
* The sales assistant is assigned to be an administrative communication and documentary body for all information flows and inquiries customer as:
- General communication
- Offers
- Sample and spare part orders
- Customer orders
- Purchase order for ScanCom Production Units
- Pro forma invoices
- Shipping marks
- Delivery plans
- Claims
* He assists Sales manager and maintains the customer file with all relevant information. The Sales assistant is responsible for clear defined market or customer portfolio.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
- Response on customer request as fast as possible .Depends on the kind of require between instantly and 2 days
- Foresee, identify and solve problems, which affect a smooth delivery
- Involve Sales manager in the first step and second step incase he can’t solve the issue himself
- In follow areas he is responsible to insure on time delivery:
- Get clear confirmation on orders from customer
- Passing order to ScanCom production Units within 24 Hours
- Providing shipping mark to ScanCom production units and relate department
- Book third party inspection in time
- Unless different agreed and if there are no change update the customer Changes require informing the customer immediately
- Enter and update all information about his customer portfolio in the Axapta system
- Build close interaction between OM and CM Production planning and Monitoring department
- Participate in customer meeting in ScanCom Viet Nam
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Sales Senior Manager, Sales Director

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Experience and skills:
- 2-3 years working in International company
- Good communicate in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience within Microsoft Office
- Experience in ERP systems is desired
- Experience with indoor/outdoor furniture is desired
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn.
