Mô tả công việc

* The Quality Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Quality Manager in Vietnam to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous quality assurance and improvements in products and services by monitoring, evaluating and solving problems and issues and identifying bad practice while providing targeted trainings to teams, suppliers and guides to implement prevention procedures on a global level.

* The main responsibilities of this position:

- Quality follow up with clients during their trip in Vietnam (phone call & SMS, meeting clients on spot)

- Help the travel counsellors with a good client profile to organize and implement special services

- Managing the information from the feedbacks. Handle the feedbacks.

- Following the problems and the solutions given by the Operation staff until find the real and expected solution

- Work closely with all the departments in all Vietnam in order to find general solutions to improve the quality of the services.

- Make the Quality report/analyse for Vietnam, weekly/monthly/yearly and coordinate with Head of Quality to create the right report/strategy for Quality in Vietnam

- Train and coach the interns

- Coordinate with Quality Manager to organise meetings/trainings about Quality for concerned departments.

- Make a Production report every 6 months about the different updates about products/services

Yêu cầu công việc

- Excellent French spoken and written

- Expat in Vietnam (French nationality is a plus)

- English language skill is a plus

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry

- High level of attention & good customer service and quality follow up mind-set

- Ability to develop, implement and control procedures

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability

- High levels of communication and leadership skills

- High standards of personal presentation and appearance

- Process-oriented and solution driven

- Team player with a positive attitude and positive influence on teams

- Flexible and willing to travel

- Strong knowledge of data processing (Microsoft Office/Excel/Mac)

- Open-minded to the multi-cultural aspect (multi-cultural company)
