QC Coordinator - Warehouse Assistant Manager

• Be part of a team, responsible for the deployment of quality systems that meet product specifications
• Set and achieve product quality objectives
• Conduct constant and continuous quality checks in the various packing and production areas
• Prepare and complete testing plans
• Communicate with production department for preventive and corrective measures
• Communicate with customers in regards to qc issues
• Cooperate with our customers external QC teams
• Understand customer requirements and work to fulfill their expectations
• Collect and analyze the quality of production, requires the production quality improvement.
• Daily coordinate with other QC/QA staffs to control product quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Quick action to reduce defect percentage and costs
• Incoming material quality control and improvement
• Daily, written report, retest (causes and action taken to improve)
• Other related works assigned by supervisor

• Experience or interest in quality assurance operations and implementing and following qc processes
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish objectives (after a sufficient learning period).
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability.
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills, good and confident English skills
• Hands on attitude, a self starter, self organized and structured
• Friendly, honest, mature personality
• Good computer skills
• Ambitious, willing to learn more, professional attitude
