Mô tả công việc

Major role:
- Sourcing for competitive suppliers and handling local procurement
- Handling Purchasing Request, Request For Quotations (RFQ) and organize tender process together with department requesting the service, equipment and goods.
- Clarify Specifications and alternatives suppliers.
- Develop supplier selection criteria and identify suitable suppliers and also negotiate price with subcontractor
- Follow up with QA when quality standards are not meet.
- Communicates status of critical orders to sales/service department in a timely manner and anticipate any delivery delay from suppliers, manage emergency activities
- Work closely with Accounting/Financing Department regarding the payment of supplier
- Manage suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing, delivery, and service
- Develop, implement quality protocols and perform quality checks
- Contract management / contract setup including legal aspects for local procurement
- Monitor contract compliance and related KPI’s
- Identifies cost saving opportunities
- Organize audit of suppliers
- Take over any further task within Krones Vietnam service department requested by head of department
Backup role:
- Liaise with shipping agency for import shipment and for goods delivery to customer site.
- Managing all imports shipments by coordinate with freight forwarder agent and custom broker agent to process customs clearance procedure, actively pursuing timely until the shipment has been delivered to warehouse or customer
- Management of return deliveries

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or Master in business economics or similar
- Ability in management and high social competence
- Holistic and cross-functional thinking
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP (B1)
- Self-confident and friendly manner
- Resilient and innovative personality with excellent communication skills
- Languages Vietnamese and English, additionally German preferred
- Several years experience in procurement departments
- Basic technical understanding in the food/beverage industry or similar
- Strong negotiation skills
- Following international compliance rules
