- Plan, direct, coordinate the operations of our teams.
- Ensure on a daily basis that the team meet or exceed deliverables requirements to earn devoted customers.
- Establish plans, budgets, results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress and corrective actions.
- Communicate with client for project requirement assessments and deliverables (Conference calls, Emails)
- Improve quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Accounts and contracts negotiations.
- Human Resource Planning.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

- Age: From 28 years old. Bachelor’s degree.
- American or Vietnamese American is preferred. Position is open to all other nationalities.
- At least 3 years’ experience in BPO industry.
- At least 2 years’ experience on project management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Inter- Cultural sensitivity.
- Experience working with US based companies
- Excellent team player. Experiences and knowledge of AGILE or SCRUM methods a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced MS office proficiencies.
