Department: Back Sales
Reporting to: Deputy Director (Sales) and Manager of Procurement
General Purpose of the job:
The overall purpose of this position is to get the best price of most suitable products or services that meet customer request and ensure the procurement process is implemented smoothly and meet the deadline of delivery for customer. Assistant Manager is a backup for Manager of Procurement to handle and solve problems if any occurs during the procurement process. This position provide the assistance on a is also as well as building a good relationship with vendors, partners to contribute.
2. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Searching suppliers to select the best one who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement.
- Have skill of negotiation as well to get competitive price of goods or service from suppliers.
- Develop relationship with suppliers/partners for further business chance.
- Processing PO, ensure to place PO and control to get services from supplier and deliver to customer on schedule.
- Solve the trouble in procurement process if any.
- Coorperation, control and manage projects with other related departments until projects are completed.
- Support making Quotation and Contract and revise upon the request from Front sales or Engineering Team.
- Updating maintenance works (Check staff’s jobs /update MRC status including revenue)
3. Internal co-operation as follows:
- Support for Front sales during projects implement.
- Co-operate with all department as Engineer, Accounting, HR for material, equipment, service, facilities requirement.
- Co-operate with Engineering team on delivery goods to customer (transportation, arrangement truck, making customs formality papers..)
- Support for Engineering team (check warranty, repairing, service report…)
- Receive and filling service report from Engineering team for projects.
- Update data on System: Purchasing list, Acceptance list.
- Making Reports: status of ordering, status of delivery, other tasks as request promptly.

2. Used to be Assistant for Procurement Manager or in similar position in companies which provide service and products for customers .
3. 1-2 Experience in procurement division (*have experience in IT field is advantage point).
4. Have knowledge about IT equipment and services: PC, Server, Router, Firewall, PBX…is plus point to be key person.
5. Fluent English communication and writing.
