Mô tả công việc

Be a member of Procurement Department of Panasonic Vietnam (Headquarter) performing Procurement support jobs for Panasonic Factories, both local and overseas, briefly as follows:
1) Developing Vietnamese suppliers to export
• Research suppliers (Data examination: production items, capacity, quality label etc.)
• Developing competitive suppliers
• Support for sample arrangement & evaluation in factory
• Launch & support local suppliers, especially in terms of Quality issues for approval by Panasonic & stabilization for Mass Production
2) Support to import materials & parts
• Transaction for shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Airway bill etc.)
• PSI (Purchasing–Sales–Inventory) control (Receive PO, FC - Issue PO, FC – Shipping arrangement – Import Custom Clearance - Stock Control– Sell by Issue Invoice – Delivery arrangement to factories)
• Rationalization of transactional and logistic flow
* Other tasks assigned by Manager
*** Work location: Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Kim Chung Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi (company bus available)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics/Trade/Technical field
• Have 1-3 years’ working experience in Import/ Export/ Procurement/ Purchasing position. Fresh graduate is also accepted.
• Working experience in a relevant position in Production Makers/ Manufacturing companies or Trading companies is preferred
• Have experience to evaluate suppliers
• Have experience or knowledge for trading business & basic quality issues
• Able to go to suppliers (factory) frequently (3-4 times per week)
COMPETENCIES:
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good communication, analytical skills
• Self-motivated and desire to improve trading business skill
• Good MS Office skills (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
