Mô tả công việc

Role Purpose:
• To provide a confidential, professional and comprehensive service to GD Vietnam, that includes critical business-orientated, secretarial and general administrative support.
• To handle HR admin works at Sales & Marketing office and Expat’ services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide an advanced, efficient, confidential administrative service to GD, including travel arrangements, agenda co-ordination, document preparation, guest relations (logistics for meeting, agenda, receiving guests, etc.), minute taking etc.
• Deal with sensitive and confidential information/data.
• Ensure effective diary management by efficiently scheduling appointments and following up on diary requests to ensure appropriate and constructive allocation of time.
• Timeously follow up on projects and actions delegated by GD.
• Co-ordinate team events on request, e.g. conferences, team building sessions, etc.
• Basic translations from Vietnamese to English & English to Vietnamese
• Make travel arrangement and handle visitors’ arrangement (hotel booking, air ticket, visa, work permits…)
• Handle office supplies and stationery.
• Handle flights booking; Control company cars, taxi, Grab’s services…
• Work with agency to handle Expats’ services (Work permit, Residence card, Housing, Passport, Visa,…)

Yêu cầu công việc

• A business degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Excellent English both written and oral. And fluent in local language.
• Have 2-3 years’ experience as Assistant to Function Heads in international Companies.
• Confidentiality
• Excellent PC literacy skills – Advanced Word/PowerPoint/Internet/ Excel
• Strong administrative and secretarial influence
• Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills
• Analytical skills, Professionalism, Problem solving abilities
• High stress tolerance
• Ability to work and make decisions independently
