Mô tả công việc

+ Handle key customer accounts, included:
• For export shipment:
- Receive booking request, get booking confirmation and arrange the best stuffing date for customers
- Contact with 3PL provider for arranging trucking, customer clearance on time
- Check I/V, P/L, SC, make SI and send it to booking agent or Carrier for transmission data
- Receive & check draft Bill, AWB then send related & completed documents to oversea-agent.
- Provide essential information to oversea-agent for customs clearance if needed.
• For import shipment:
- Receive import documents from oversea agent (I/V, P/L, B/L, AWB…), check accuracy, unifications of documents, inform to 3PL provider for customs clearance.
- Contact with shipping line to get A/N.
- Contact with oversea agent to get necessary information for customs clearance procedure.
- Control delivery process.
- Understand manifest submission, issue B/L/AWB, D/O, A/N, CO, CQ processing, pre-alert document…
- Check O/F, A/F from shipping line, airline agent to get/make the reasonable quotation for customers/ agents/ sales team.
+ Control Operation team and Logistics Staff.
+ Prepare/ check Service Contract with clients/ Carriers/ Airlines and 3PL providers.
+ Answer oversea inquiries and daily correspondences for shipment status and solutions.
+ Resolve problem concerning on delivery, customs clearance, free time if any …
+ Keep close contact with customers / oversea for shipment status updating and problem solving.
+ Maintain good relationship with key customers, 3PL providers, Carriers…
+ Coordinate with other department if needed to support for local handling.
+ Draft, make & follow up weekly, monthly report for customers relating to payment.
+ Provide monthly/weekly report requested by branch manager.
+ Get/analyze good or bad feedback from customers to inform sales team/ branch manager for improving better service.
+ Make /follow up Invoice or D/N and support accounting departing for collecting money.
+ Instruct/ support new coming staff.
+ Support/ report directly to branch manager for other tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by branch manager / supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/ Female.
- 3-5 years of experience in related major/ position.
- Having working experience at logistics service companies is mandatory
- Having quite knowledge in logistics services
- Fluent in English ( 4 skills )
- Proven capability of leadership, administration and organization
- Good negotiation and communication & decision-maker skills
- Flexible and smart in solving the related jobs of our dept
