Mô tả công việc

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key senior client stakeholders in both Marketing & Procurement. Leading regular strategy and status meetings to understand their needs and link to our products and services to ensure retention of the business
• Gain deep insight and analysis into key accounts to ensure fully formed and effective value proposition. Develop and ensure Strategic account plans are implemented for each client
• Proactively identify customer needs and develop & implement customer specific solutions.
• Lead innovation, keeping ahead of developments, and ensuring these are articulated, modelled to client to demonstrate breadth of service offering
• Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences. Develop incremental revenue through a Multi-channel approach and seek opportunity to extend our services to the client.
• Ultimate responsibility to maximise gross profit and contribution margin in client accounts
• Ultimate responsibility for commercial, contractual and pricing aspect(s) of client accounts
• Support to new business pitches as needed, and tender for renewal align with Client Service Director
• Consistently challenges the operational solution for the client and identify ways of driving cost savings, service enhancements and innovation to ensure the ongoing client satisfaction
• Be industry champions, developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the marketing and business landscape
• Lead Quarterly or annual client reviews, ensuring full understanding of all elements to be able to build on positive impacts, and driving corrective action plans where appropriate
• Responsible for delivery of operationally excellence performance to the client by championing the account internally and ensuring all delivery and supporting teams internally are briefed and understand the strategic objectives and delivery plan
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with employees; gains their trust and respect, driving engagement to provide a committed and high performing workforce corresponding to meaningful KPI’s, SLA’s, WoWs, and objectives to ensure delivery is
measured and tracked
• Promotes a working environment which ensures compliance with applicable policies and regulations
• Ensures teams are managed for optimum performance, people development is a priority, poor performance is managed appropriately and in a timely manner, objective setting, reviews and appraisals are meaningful and timely. Mentoring and developing individuals to ensure there is a regional succession plan in place
• Provides weekly operations updates and reports for Regional Director, participating in weekly status call, to ensure everyone is appraised of activity within regions
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure accounts are managed to maximise value for customer and company objectives
• Develop and maintain strong partnership with Regional Directors and other internal functions to ensure cohesive development of client strategic plan, and KMMS goals
• Ensures teams are appropriately resourced and supported to deliver business and account objectives. Forecasts resource requirements and collaborate effectively with HR colleagues to ensure talent pipeline as well as timely and quality hiring of new recruits
• Resolves operational and service delivery issues, acting as the senior escalation point, and drives innovation, adding continual value on day to day basis

2. Education
• Relevant Degree level or equivalent tertiary qualifications in business/marketing or commercially oriented discipline.
3. Professional Experience
• More than 10 years of experience in the marketing execution sector ideally from a BTL agency/creative agency and/or design background
• Solid experience as a Business Partner to clients across various sectors such as FMCG, CPG, etc.
• Extensive print, digital and integrated experience
• Full understanding of entire end to end process from client strategic requirement to delivery cross channel
• Experience in and a passion for championing and producing engaging and business-driving creative and delivery across a fully integrated channel mix
• Proven experience leading teams, managing customer relationships to maximise profits.
• Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
