Mô tả công việc
A. Operation Manager position:
1. Monitor denied bookings and ensure alternatives are offered by the team;
2. Manage the team for effective working;
3. Be in charge of training new operators;
4. Report to GM.
B. Operation Executive positions:
1. Confirm bookings from allotment and framed free sale
2. Clear pending bookings which do not have a supplier reference
3. Close cancelled bookings
4. Provide alternate accommodation for denied bookings
5. Liaise with sales and product to resolve customer issues with maximum efficiency
6. If issue is ongoing to the liaise directly with hotels and suppliers to close complaint
7. Identify and solve system errors and limitations, report to supervisor and IT department
8. Retain and convert business via providing a high level of customer service
9. Follow up mapping and payments with the accounts department
10. Manage allotment and rate
11. Input room rate into system

Yêu cầu công việc
A. Operation Manager position:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
3. Required Language: Vietnamese (Native), Japanese (Fluent) or English (Fluent)
4. Proficient with MS Office applications;
5. Required great people management skill.
B. Operation Executive positions:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
3. Required Language: Vietnamese (Native), Japanese (Fluent) or English (Fluent)
4. Proficient with MS Office applications
5. Great telephone communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
6. Team player, motivated and enjoys working in hospitality industry
