* Job Description:
Responsible for store expansion, stores operation, to ensure successes of operational department by providing operational leadership, with a goal of achieving customer satisfaction, sales target, and ensuring consistency of all stores in operating standards.
- Ensure execution of operating standards that optimize and increases sales and improves profits.
- Build and propose operation plan and target
- Maximize retail sales to grow market share
- Set sales target of stores and drive sales to ensure store achieve target.
- Supervise, coach and motivate area manager, store manager to maximize store performance
- Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps.
- Provide input to Area Manager and Store Manager on local programs to maximize the impact of Local Store Marketing.
- Coordinate with the marketing department for marketing activities to bring effective marketing programs to drive sales.
- Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures, systems and SOP.
- Coach, counsel and develop Area Manager and Store Manager in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans.
- Ensure proper training phases are successfully completed of all store personnel in relation to their development.
- Utilize a communication process to ensure all staff is aware of expectations and stores performance standards.
* Customer Service
- Ensure 100% customer service, sales, vision test procedure are implement and consistency
- Ensure all stores operate at a high quality level of standard with emphasis on customer service
- Ensure Area Coach and Store Manager resolves customer complaints in a proper and swift manner.
- Develop and manage and train customer service staff responding to the Customer in good manner
- Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Train and request customer service staff to analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
* Site Development/construction
- Identifies and recommends potential new store locations for expansion within the market
- Coordinate with Finance Department to conducts field and financial evaluations, assists in estimating development costs, construction time, and obtains management approvals.
- Manage site development team in identifying good location
- Lead construction team to ensure store opening meet project timeline
- Manage and develop employees in the Site Development, site supervisor team
- Proven experience as area manager, operations manager
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
