Mô tả công việc

 Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
 Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management... takes meeting notes
 Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
 Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
 Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
 Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
 Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
 Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
 Assist colleagues whenever necessary
 Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events

Yêu cầu công việc

 Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 02 years
 Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese
 Highly organized and flexible
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent organizational and time management skills and multitasking ability
 Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
 Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
 Attention to details
 Good problem-solving skills. 
 Ability to work under pressure and have good team work
 High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm
 Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effective
 Be willing and able to travel (business trips)
