Mô tả công việc

1. C&B:
a. Compensation
- Complete monthly payroll for employees
- Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
- Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month prior 26th.
- Assist HR & Admin Manager in participating in salary and benefit survey.
- Evaluates jobs for developing compensation and benefits program.
- Submit monthly report (manpower) HR & Admin Manager or other reports related to manpower whenever required.
b. Benefits
- Complete social, health and unemployment insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case-by-case basis.
- Contact social, health offices and labor authorities on providing labor book, social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law.
- Make the report to Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
- Complete the transferring procedure Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
- Synthesizing insurance reports from all stores in a general report to analyze the fluctuation of employees.
- Following the sickness leave, maternity leave...to do the payment procedure of social allowance.
c. Personal Income Tax
- Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
- Compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department.
- Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
d. Employees’ termination
- Receiving the employees’ termination from departments.
- Announcing to the employees and implementing all necessary documents and actions to pay employees’ remaining benefits.
- Solving employees’ complains or queries.
2. Recruitment:
- Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.
- Creating a pool of candidates through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
- Proceeding with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing of the pool of applicants.
- Taking responsibilities for branding company’s image at Job Fair events.
- Building up and maintaining good relationship with universities to support for recruiting activities.
- Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose improvement for recruiting process.
- Being in charge of updating information on the recruitment channels.
- Taking part in organizing CSR activities of the company.
- Assisting HR in day-to-day department operation and general administrative job.
- Other job is assigned by HR Manager.
