Job Description
The incumbent is to compose, review and implement all policies, guidelines in the organization as well as ensure the smooth operational activities in the business units. In additional, this incumbent is to manage employee services such as staff discipline, employee performance, staff’s concerns & complaints. Besides that, also drive and implement all activities concerned to staff in order to harmonize the staff morality which gets in line with Manulife working culture and improving employee engagement survey.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Composing, reviewing the company policies, guidelines; and providing feedback during the implementation;
Be responsible for ensuring effective selection and providing manpower on time to meet business requirement;
Properly managing all HR cycles during the year with assigned BUs;
Be an effective advisor in employee issues and talent identification process, Assisting in helping Company achieves the target in developing professional life insurance business through recruitment and retention of staff with high professional level;.
Partner with business unit heads in effective deployment the company guidelines and procedures following to global standards;
Partnering with business unit leaders in building high performance culture, focusing in leadership framework; providing feedback to CoE for program development and improvement;
Participating in creating yearly employee activities plan and supporting the implementation of the plan to enhance employees morality and improve employee engagement score;
Participating in development and execution the employee engagement action plan;
Partnering with BU in implementing action plan to gain high employee engagement;
Talent management cycle; Supporting to deploy development programs for talents;
Be the last responsible for absolute compliance with company and local regulations; Assisting CHRO in evaluating risk management within the division;
Participating in global initiatives when is assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree or Master in Human Resources or Business Administration. Degree in Law is an advantage.
6-8 year experience in Human Resources.
At least 3-4 years in managerial capacity.
