Mô tả công việc

Reports to : IT Manager
** Area of Responsibility (Headings,definition of roles, in order to achieve which results) :
1. Local system support: ( full level, 40% Time, Measurement Criteria : Help-desk, Get feedback from use )
- Support user effetively in their job activities of new system development: Distribution Management System (DMS),HR Sharepoint System, Local Invoice, Pre-order, Quota Management,
- Maintenance system (master data) and trouble shooting (problem solving) IT system
- Development as small tool for business user,HR, Sales, Logistic and MKT report purpose
2. SAP support: ( full level, 30% Time, Measurement Criteria : Understand the system and support user in daily operation, build the trust and IT capability to support business for future business partnering )
- Manage all issue of SAP-FI module
- Coordination with Global members and Local user of any development changes in FI (SIT,UAT..)
- Working, supporting with Regional Application team such as Falcon, Triton and Metis SeedBiz.
3. MDM executive : ( full level, 20% Time, Measurement Criteria : Fullfill request master data from user/business in SAP and local system and Manage with 0% of error )
- Maintenance all request of master data specially Promotion and Customer.
- DSM & PDA ,Pre-order, DMS, Quota management, Local Invoice master data
4. Training : ( Pastial level, 5% Time, Training )
- Training all employee how to use new program
5. Others: ( Pastial level, 5% Time, Internal )
- Daily monitoring Local systems (interface, database)
- Request support and periodic system maintenance

Yêu cầu công việc

** Operating network :
+ External : Supply softwave system.
+ Frequency : when required
+ Internal : All employee in the Company
+ Frequency : everyday
- Education: University graduate, major in IT
- Job-related experience: At least 2 years experience in system development (Web application, SQL server) analysis & Design involved IT projects management
- Specific knowledge: Databases: Drawing system flow or process flow. SQL Sever experience and Window operating systems (Web Application): all MS Operating/Server system and office support
- Business understanding: Knowledge of business logis FMCG with SAP environment, specially in FI
- Other requirements: May require working overtime; May require travel; Daily working with variable users, persons, who may require with Friendly attitude
