- Responsible for hiring IT cadidates such as: Web, App, Back End, Front End, Network, System, DBA, IOT, Big Data ...
- Requirement analizing, post job, screen CV, arrange interview and join/discuss with candidates for all information about positons, company culture, environment, compensation, dealing salary
- Head-hunting some hard positions, manager, leader ...
- Build and creating new projects, events for hiring fresher, internship for ensure depts annual needed
- Responsible for FPT Telecom brading that attractive both to IT & non-IT Cadidates
Lead IT recruiters team (4 members)
- Other tasks as required from recruitment manager.

- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years experience in IT recruitment
- Good at IT candidates database both fresher, middle and senior level
- Good at negotiation skills, presentation, communication skills
- Good at using social networking site as facebook, linkedin, github for contacting with candidates or other recruiters for sharing candiates
- Good at contact with IT universities in HCM for receiving internship, fresher, join job fair event ...
- Prefer female, young, smart and active.
- Open mindset for approaching new teniques for researching, headhunting and branding on internet, degital chanels.
