Mô tả công việc
• Directly manage Infrastructure Team, Helpdesk and Business application supporting team. Ensure that there are clear metrics across all key performance indicators in the services of IT helpdesk, network support, and IT application. Implementation of new projects, systems and services, operationalization
• Directing the establishment of a continually improving computer network, IT infrastructure and associated services
• Planning and overseeing all hardware, software and service purchases in line with IT budget
• Planning the provision for security, availability, resilience and performance.
• Coordinate with other IT Project Team and business stakeholders on technology deployments, system upgrades and maintenance outages. Implementation of new projects, systems and services, operationalization
• Communicate maintenance schedules, operational issues and impacts to IT management and business users.
• Creates and manages operational budgets. In addition, participates with Information Technology Leadership in planning and managing strategic plans.
• Develop and maintain policy, standard of procedure for all operational tasks.
• Completes performance evaluations for staff to ensure continuous improvement and assists with career pathing
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of IT

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; related computing field preferred
• 5-7+ years of technical experience in a multi-site, multi-country company.
• 5+ years of IT supervisory experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of IT processes, general controls and project management and system development life cycles
• Industry related technical certificates are a plus or any similar combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of IT business solution/application such as ERP, DMS, WMS, HRM, CRM…
• Strong knowledge of JIRA preferred
• Strong experience with virtualization platforms
• Experience with IT integrations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with end user clients and team members across the organization
• Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
