5 Responsibilities 1. Managing IT department
- Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department
- Follow and execute the regulation, policy and procedure of company in the department
- In charge of IT system and connection of all subsidiary and branches.
- Settle the troubleshooting, system back up, archiving and disaster recovery
- Coordinate with Head of others departments for supporting requirement from IT Dept
- Oversee IT infrastructure staff comprising a help desk team and system/network administrators
- Make sure that the companys network infrastructure and IT systems run smoothly, provide a secure platform for operations.
- Put in place incident tracking system for center.
- Make sure policies and procedures related to IT are put in place and understood from all departments.
- Assess help desk situation based on expansion plan and re structure if necessary.
2. Develop operation system
- Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
- Making plan in develop and provide IT solution to improve the operation of company.
- Conduct training and instruction orientation for IT and other departments about company’s new system.
- Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience and internal usage.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
3. New centers’ setting up
- Responsible for IT development system of new centers to make sure smooth operation system for daily operation at new centers.
- Set up, training and handover IT system for new centers’ staff.

Yêu cầu công việc
1 Qualifications - Wide knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Software
- Has already managed projects involving deployment of new infrastructure
- Infrastructure expertise (Virtual switch, Network & security, server, VMWare, Security, etc)
- Experience with telemarketing system (PABX and VOIP)
2 Experience, Skills and Competences
- 5 years of experience as IT management
- Transverse skills required
- Excellent communication skills to work with other departments smoothly
- Knowledge of IT and IT management
- Knowledge Database is a plus
Language Advance in English
Computer Good at Excel, Microsoft Words, ppt,…
