Mô tả công việc

1. Sales Growth
• Integrate knowledge of products, programs and solutions, and competition in developing plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Retain, penetrate and grow existing Institutional accounts with a goal to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Gain new business through focused and targeted prospecting and continuous involvement in the marketplace.
• Grow sales by defining actions that upgrade current programs and create added value customers.
2. Customer Service and Retention
• Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer.
• Perform activities that create a high level of customer satisfaction including the provision of rapid response, excellent results, valued added services, and effective customer communication and relationships.
• Conduct business reviews with customers, identify needs, problems and goals and develop a specific plan of action.
• Identify and problem solve current cleaning problems and develop a resolution plan, coordinating with appropriate support groups (R&D, engineering).
3. Asset/Expense Management and Administration
• Analyze problem areas pertaining to accounts reference operational costs and results and take prompt corrective action.
• Perform all administrative functions for territory
4. Mentor/Coaching
- Act as the mentor and providing coaching to new territory managers

DISCIPLINE /FUNCTION: Sales & Technical Service
REPORTING TO: Area Manager

- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Hospitality/Technical
- More than 3 years’ experience in related field
- Selling skills
- Service minded
- Good interpersonal skills
- Communication skills (English)
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in upcountry
- Be flexible
- Ability to drive and with the driving license
- Mentoring and coaching skills
