Mô tả công việc

- Report to Board of director about the employee situation annually
- In charge of the compensation and benefit:
+ In charge of the company culture building activities (team building/year end party, etc.)
+ Discuss/Rate the staff performance annually with BOD
+ Plan the salary analyst and increase for employees (follow the region regulation is issued by the Government) annually or follow BOD requirement.
+ Work with the Viet Nam Social Security (Dist. 1 Social Insurance agency) about: - Insurance increase and reduction task monthly/ Creating the benefit insurance procedure for employee (labor accident and sickness, maternity)/ Insurance information updating and performing follow by the Government policies
- In charge of the salary payroll of whole system (store chain, office and warehouse)
- Labor contract signing with the employee
- Resignation procedure for employee
- Discuss and build the company regulations about reward and punishment for employee with BOD and department leaders (if any)
- Support all teams at the training assignment (if any)
- Advise for other leaders about staff rating, etc.
- Listening and reference from laborers to note and present to the BOD for benefit policy adjusting reasonably (if any)
- Providing an important link between BOD and laborers
- Team leader at HR dept. (Control the admin work as like as recruitment, transportation express service, annual absence leave, timekeeping system for employee, etc.)

- Related major (Colleges or higher), HRM certification is one of advantages
- 3 years (HR leader or HR expert)
