Mô tả công việc

- Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, recording management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
- Managing human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions…
- Have overall responsibility of factory auditing and compliances.
- Other tasks assigned by the Board of Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A Bachelor Degree is required.
- At least 05 years’ relevant experience in a progressive human resources function and 03 year experiences in the same level.
- Good working knowledge of labor/employment regulations & HR practices & policies in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication with ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Proficient in PC – MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
