Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and outspoken team lead to head our Employee Engagement and Social Responsibilities Compliance function.
Your role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs that to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.
Job Requirements
1) Design and roll out full spectrum of employee engagement programs including Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Voluntary Service Programs (EVP) to enhance employee satisfaction through “ Everyday Engagement Process”
2) Handle all the grievances and complaints received from various communications channels
3) Conduct necessary training related to Internal Labor Regulations and Disciplinary Procedures for full compliance to legal and customer requirements.
4) Coordinating with all departments in assisting Corporate to achieve 100% completion of biannually Employee Engagement Survey and yearly Employee Engagement Pulse Survey
5) Review and apply effective strategies for communicating clear and accurate information related to Corporate culture, local policies, practices, company expectation and business performance
6) Preparation of internal and external customer audit in accordance with specified Code of Conduct requirements
7) Complete corrective and preventive actions within deadlines based on audit findings
8) Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the engagement field
Acting as back up for Section Head of C&B
 Based on Corporate compensation philosophy, define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals
 Overseeing, managing and administering our employees’ rewards, perks and benefits
 Lead the Annual Performance Appraisal and Salary Planning cycle for the whole company based on Corporate guidelines and respective deadlines
 Formulation of Minimum Wages Proposal to ensure competitive adjustment 6 months ahead of statutory requirements
 Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
 Use various methods and techniques to make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
 Participate in salary and talent market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
 Build up local HR networks for ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

Yêu cầu công việc

o Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline
o At least 6 years or above experience as a generalist in HR operations gained from multi-national companies with proven track record working in C&B function is a must
o Prior experience in compensation cycle management will be an definite advantage
o Well versed with current employment rules and regulations
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Strong quantitative and analytical skills
o Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
o Good command in both Verbal and Written English
